All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding prior to shipping, unless otherwise stated. Live arrival is guaranteed. Please contact us within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with your animal.
Shipping and Payment:
Domestic shipments are sent Delta Airfreight Collect to your nearest major airport. Full Payment is due before shipping. Shippping charges will be quoted during your order. Animals must be picked up no more than 2 hours after arrival or heath guarantess is voided. When receiving via Delta, animals should be inspected in front of a Delta Airline representative. You must make a claim prior to leaving the airport. Your claim is with Delta, not with Reptile Innovations. Please notifiy us within 24 hours as well.
